Roberts gave this to himself so he could leave his middling loop holes in the opinion. In this opinion the agencies can still trample your rights and the court will decide if they have the power to do it. What has changed? Nothing! What he should have done is say the agencies have no power not expressly given to them by the legislature. That would be ending the bureaucratic state.

Still, the only way to have the court decide is to have the alphabet agencies trample your rights. You then take them to court, hoping to get a conservative judge.

PROBLEM: Sir I highly respect and appreciate you, your channel and your work. BUT, black forest supplements are two faced scammers. I had been ordering from them for a while when I recieved a bottle of NMN that was all busted up capsules. I thought "no big deal, I'll let them know and they'll make good on it" I e-mailed them as per their policy, and got ignored, I emailed over and over, called, left comments, sent them pics multiple times and they answered in the comments like they would make right but they never did. They claim to be veteran friendly, well they weren't to THIS veteran. I looked up the origins of this company, they aren't who they seam. I now switched to Renue by Science and they have been great. Much better priced and endorsed by Dr Huberman

Massachusetts is great at writing vague laws and relying on the courts law enforcement and the courts to use the refrigerator test (throw everything you got at the refrigerater...ie court...and see what sticks.) That is why it is so difficult to understand what is legal and what is illegal with our gun laws, traffic laws, etc. There isn't enough opposition to the deep blue legislators in the state to tip the balance of justice back to neutral.

There have probably been thousands of cases resolved using Chevron as the deciding factor in those cases. If Chevron is now improperly being used, then it was improperly used in those cases too. One can't just ignore that fact. Some kind of compensation si due those victims of Chevron under the 5th Amendment's taking clause. "No private property shall be taken for public use without just compensation or due process." I used both just compensation and due process because both are used in different listing's of the 5th amendment but both are approprately applied in this case. Both just compensation and due process could have been violated by previous Chevron decisions.
